Who is Talivio Fit for? +

Anyone who wants to lose weight, build muscle, stay active or simply build healthier habits. Update your goals any time from within the app.

Can I use it without a wearable? +

Yes — device sync for steps, heart rate and sleep is optional. You can fully use meal and workout tracking without any wearable.

How accurate is AI food recognition? +

Results are estimates — lighting, portion size and plating affect accuracy. You can correct any value with a single tap.

Is my data safe? +

Activity data is encrypted and stored on servers in Germany (KVKK + GDPR). It is never shared with advertisers or third parties.

How does coach matching work? +

Eligibility opens after 60 Premium days + 1,500 points. It is two-way: you can pick a coach from the pool, or a suitable coach can invite you. Both directions require both sides to confirm; no automatic assignment.

What does my coach see, and what can't they? +

On match approval: meals, workouts, sleep, water, stress, score and wearable summary. Cycle data and AI chat summaries are separate toggles — off by default. Your coach NEVER sees the raw AI chat. Every coach view is recorded in "coach access history".

How authoritative is the AI coach? +

AI proposes, you approve — program or goal changes happen with a single tap. When you have an active human coach, AI stops suggesting plan/goal changes and says "talk to your coach".

I want to coach, how do I apply? +

If you hold a nutrition / training certification and have at least one year of field experience, write to [email protected].

Does my location data go to the server? +

Only if you turn it on. The "Share live location" toggle is off by default. When on, GPS route points are stored during the active workout; share the map to the community or keep it for yourself.

What happens if I cancel Premium? +

Access continues until the end of your billing period. After that, your account reverts to Free and all historical data is preserved.

What happens to my data if I delete my account? +

All personal data is permanently deleted. If you have a coach, their access is cut immediately; archived notes are deleted after 90 days.

Does the app give medical advice? +

No. Talivio Fit is a health assistant, not a medical device. AI estimates are approximate; consult your doctor for medical decisions.

What AI model does it use? +

Hybrid: Gemini Flash (food recognition, quick replies), Gemini Pro (workout plans, deep analysis). Monthly AI budget is enforced server-side per user — 2 €/month for Free, 5 €/month for Premium.
