This policy covers talivio.com and fit.talivio.com only — the marketing site, this legal pages section, and the Filament admin panel. It does not cover the Talivio Fit mobile app; see the Privacy Policy §9 for the app's data practices.

Do we use cookies?

No tracking or advertising cookies. The website uses Talivio Analytics, a cookieless, first-party pageview beacon (talivio.com/t.js) that Talivio operates itself. It does not set any cookie, does not use a persistent client-side identifier, and does not share data with third-party ad or analytics networks.

The Filament admin panel (/admin) sets a strictly necessary session cookie so a logged-in admin's session persists between page loads. This cookie has no marketing or analytics purpose and is not used outside the admin panel — it is exempt from consent requirements under ePrivacy Directive Art. 5(3) as "strictly necessary for a service explicitly requested by the user."
